We are seeking associates with 2 or more years of corporate transactional experience. Extensive and continuous experience handling all aspects of mergers and acquisition transactions is required. Preferred candidates will have significant, hands on experience managing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation. The associate must be comfortable with drafting and negotiating complex documents, and running deals from start to finish. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential. Top academics and outstanding writing skills are required.
