Ideal candidates will have experience in consumer regulatory work including marketing and advertising law, consumer finance, e-commerce and privacy matters. Experience in defending unfair and deceptive acts and practices challenges to advertising and marketing claims and reviewing advertising claims for substantiation and legal compliance is preferred. Experience with the state attorneys general, FTC and other advertising regulatory organizations is a plus.

Candidates should have strong advertising or government/regulatory experience at a major law firm or actual regulatory experience. Some litigation and discovery experience also required. Candidates should have stellar academic credentials and excellent writing, research and communication skills. California Bar Membership in good standing is required.
