This opportunity is to become an Income Partner or Equity Partner either upon hire or immediately after proving yourself at the firm. You should have a minimum of 7 years experience, a California License in good standing and the ability to provide a full range of legal services in your specialty.

These firms seek partners in all practice areas but they are particularly interested in Corporate, Litigation and I/P. However, the book of business in certain practice areas like Tax have a much lower requirement. For junior partners and senior associates, firms may consider candidates with a book as little as $250K; so if you are a licensed California attorney, with the required amount of practice experience and consider yourself a Rainmaker for developing new business.
