This successful financial services company needs an accomplished estates attorney with excellent communication skills and significant counseling experience with both individuals and companies, including familiarity with company divesture matters. Candidates should be familiar with the appropriate use of GRAT’s, CRT’s, ILIT’s, CLAT’s, FLP, private foundations and other, various trusts and estate structuring techniques, as well as such pension devices as 401k’s, New Comp, Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit, Executive Deferred Comp and ESOP Plans.
